On the corner of Sussex and Columbia, the previously named Printz Motel was in need of renovation after a change in ownership. With a perfectly situated blank wall, the new owners wanted to take advantage of the over 100 square footage of space. The space was briefed to feel classy and beachy while not falling into the cliche niche that so many other beach rental locations do. After a few designs and rounds of edits, a minimal view of coastal pines with a prominent logo on top was agreed upon.

In addition to the 8.5ft by 12ft mural a new logo was designed to accompany the name change.
