On the east side of Coastal Highway, just a short bike ride from downtown Lewes and Canalfront Park, Tower Hill is home to beautifully built single-family homes.

The Carl M Freedman Companies included an iconic red barn at the front of the community which brought back the heritage as a farming area of its past. In order for the barn to double as an entrance sign they wanted to include the communities logo at a size that will be seen by any person walking or driving by on New Rd.
